I’m a Liverpool Harrier and Coached by Club Coach Tony Clarke. I’m also a member of Finn Valley in County Donegal, and with the assistance of former Irish Olympic team Captain Patsy McGonagle, I’ll be aiming to represent Ireland.

My recent successes include the 50th Parbold Hill Race, and the Harrock Hill series. I’ve represented Merseyside and Donegal at County level.

I look forward to post Covid, and the opportunities of faster times, and increased performance.
